  • Hours & Response Times: We’re available Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. All email and WhatsApp queries received during business hours are acknowledged and resolved within 24 hours.

  • Escalation & Follow‑Up: If your inquiry is complex, we’ll escalate it to a Senior Support Specialist who’ll keep you updated at every stage
